Rolco's (First-In/Last-Out) FILO Vertical Accumulator allows product to pass through the unit in normal operation. When a downstream malfunction occurs, the accumulator will back up one row of products on the transport conveyor. The process will continue until the accumulator is full or downstream production resumes. At such time, the accumulator will reverse and deposit rows of product back onto the transportation conveyor.

Accumulation Mode: Indexing product carriers elevate entire row of products upwards.

Discharge Mode: Entire row of products are set down on the transportation conveyor.
