Because both infeed and discharge sections are designed to cycle on demand, interfacing problems with present equipment or new equipment is nonexistent.

No additional manpower is required, as the unit is completely automatic. In many installations, manpower requirements are significantly reduced in that stacking off is no longer required.

The Rolco accumulation method is based on a first-in first-out principle, which ensures and maintains product flow in the same sequence as delivered from the generating unit.

All machines are assembled and test run in our Oconto, Wisconsin facility prior to shipment. This ensures that all components will fit and installation time at the manufacturing site is minimal.
